« BackRents in Kerry on the rise as national rates approach Celtic Tiger levels

That’s according to the latest Daft.ie Rental Report which revealed higher rents in Kerry in the second quarter of this year, in comparison to the same period last year.

The average advertised rent is now €645, up 18% from their lowest point.
The Daft.ie Rental Report reveals rents in Kerry are on the increase.

Average rent for a one-bedroom apartment is now €434 per month, an increase of 4.2%.

Rent for a two-bed apartment in the Kingdom has risen by 6.7% to €510.

A three-bedroom rental property’s average monthly rent in Kerry has also risen by 4% to €670 while a four-bed rental property is now on average €570 per month, an increase of 5%.

A five-bedroom rental property in Kerry has seen the largest incremental increase since this time last year, rising 12% to €763.

Rents rose nationwide across the board – with just over 3,600 properties available to rent this month.
In comparison, two years previously, there were almost 6,800 properties listed nationwide.
