Rents in Kerry have climbed almost 5 per cent in a year.
According to property website Daft.ie there are around 158 properties for rent in the county. The average rent now stands at 623 euro in Kerry.
Meanwhile Daft.ie says nationally landlords have increased rent in the last three months, ahead of the introduction of rent controls. The survey shows an increase of over three per cent between July and September. The national average is 964 euro – that’s 82 euro more than the same time last year.
