The registration process for free GP care for the over-70s has begun.
Anyone who is over 70 and does not have a medical card or GP visit-card is now eligible to sign up for free doctor’s visits.
The service will be available from August 5th.
Those eligible can register online or manually as registration forms will be available through the local health office network and pharmacies.
Kerry Labour Deputy Arthur Spring TD has welcomed the commencement of scheme.
