A post mortem is taking place at Kerry General Hospital this lunchtime following the death of a Russian man in his 20’s after a serious assault in Tralee on Wednesday night last.
24 year old Dmitry Hrynkevich, who is Russian and grew up in Killarney, was discovered by gardaí in the front garden of a house that he was living in at Killeen Wood in Tralee.
He was rushed to Kerry General Hospital and two men, one in his late 20’s and the other in his early 30s were arrested near the scene.
Both men have since been released without charge and files are being prepared for the DPP.
The deceased man, Mr Hrynkevich also had addresses at Aghadoe, Killarney, and Bishops Court, Killarney.
A post mortem examination is being carried out by the State Pathologist, Dr. Marie Cassidy.
