The company is seeking permission to retain and complete 11 houses previously granted permission; four semi-detached houses in both Clonough Grove and Clonough Avenue, three detached dwellings in Clonough Downs, as well as an estate road and footpath.
It’s also planning permission to build 62 homes consisting of 39 semi-detached, 10 detached, and 12 townhouses, along with a crèche.
Once the application is submitted, the council should make a decision in the coming months.
