« BackPastoral council chairman says Kerry community groups can respond to refugee crisis

Community groups across Kerry – and not just the Catholic Church – can play a role in welcoming and accommodating refugees.
That’s according to Tony Darmody who is chairman of the Diocesan Pastoral Council in Kerry.
He made the comments following a call from Pope Francis over the weekend for parishes everywhere to welcome refugees and host a refugee family.
