Gardai say they are following a number of lines of enquiry into a murder in Tralee and have renewed their appeal for information.
It’s now two weeks since Dmitry Hrynkevich was seriously assaulted in the Killeen Woods area of the town.
Dmitry Hrynkevich was pronounced dead in Kerry General Hospital two days after being assaulted.
The 24 year old was born in Minsk in Belarus but grew up in Killarney and Tralee.
At 7 feet 6 inches he had been the third tallest man in Ireland.
Gardai have been carrying out house to house enquiries in the vicinity since the incident and have spoken to the majority of residents.
They are appealing to anyone whom they have not spoken to contact them.
They say they are keeping an open mind at this stage of the investigation which is progressing.
Two men, one in his 30s and the other in his 20s, were arrested in connection with assault but later released without charge.
Files are being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
