A north Kerry business owner says the poor broadband infrastructure in the area is seriously affecting his business.
Kieran McAuliffe of The Family Shop is Knocknagoshel says that a good internet connection is vital for processing debit and credit card payments and for selling phone credit to customers.
He says there are regular drop-outs on the broadband connection to the shop, particularly over the past ten weeks or so.
Kieran McAuliffe says there are too many broadband customers using the Eircom exchange locally with insufficient bandwidth.
