NAMA says it offered 298 properties to Kerry County Council during 2015 according to figures published today.
Of those, 42 were delivered to the end of last year while local authority demand is recorded at 131.
NAMA reports that it made 9.1 billion euro in cash in 2015, with 8.5 billion of it coming through the sales of assets and loans.
NAMA say they’ve started building work on 3,000 new homes, with planning permission received for another 5,000.
Construction on those is set to begin this year.
