« BackMEP Kelly calls for entrepreneurship to be included on school curriculum

Sean Kelly MEPIreland South MEP Séan Kelly has backed an EU report in the European Parliament calling for the adoption of educational systems to include entreprenuership training for young people.

The percentage of unemployed below the age of 25 in Ireland fell to 19.4% in November 2015, down from a high of 30.9% in 2012.

It’s the first time unemployment figures dipped below the 20% mark since 2009 and is now below the Eurozone average of 22.5%.

MEP Kelly says entrepreneurship needs to be added to the school curriculum so students can learn practical business skills and be inspired to start their own companies.
