The main Dingle-Tralee road is blocked off this morning as a dispute over payments escalates.
Subcontractors working on upgrading the road via Annascaul allege they have not been paid.
This is disputed by the contractors.
Blockades have been mounted close to Annascaul school and halfway between Camp and Annascaul.
Politicians Seamus Cosai Fitzgerald, Michael Healy-Rae and Arthur Spring have joined the protestors this morning.
Jimmy O’Dwyer is one of the subcontractors who claim they have not been paid.
