A Listowel man has appeared in court facing over 80 charges in relation to alleged animal cruelty.
38-year-old Thomas Doyle of Fourhane, Listowel previously appeared in court in June on the charges.
Thomas Doyle is charged with over 80 counts under animal welfare legislation.
These relate to numerous animals which included dates unknown between December 23rd and 30th 2015 at Fourhane, Listowel.
Mr Doyle appeared before Listowel District Court in June when the case was adjourned to yesterday’s sitting of the same court.
Judge James O’Connor declined jurisdiction in the case.
A book of evidence will now be prepared.
Mr Doyle was remanded on bail to the December 1st sitting of Listowel District Court for service of that book of evidence.
