1pm – The navy vessel the LE Orla is in Kerry this weekend. The ship is docked in Dingle harbour and is open to visitors as part of the Dingle Maritime Heritage Weekend. The Coastguard is also landing a helicoptor in Dingle tomorrow for a display of the equipment used in rescue operations. As part of the heritage weekend there will be lectures and discussions on many aspects of marine life and heritage throughout the weekend. Entry to all lectures is free of charge.
