The search for a man, missing off the North Kerry coast, has entered its sixteenth day.
Chinese national and Glin resident, Jack Huang, was swept into the sea while fishing at Kerryhead on Friday August 14th.
Valentia Coastguard told Radio Kerry News that Glenderry and Ballybunion Coastguard Units are today continuing in the search efforts for the Chinese national.
Meanwhile, efforts are continuing to try and find a Japanese couple who disappeared in Co. Clare.
The Irish Coastguard and Gardaí have resumed a land and sea search in the Kilkee area this morning and conditions are described as being fair.
63 year old Eiji Takagi and 61 year old Ushio Azaki haven’t been seen since checking out of their hotel in Spanish Point last Saturday morning.
Their car – a red 151 Hyundai – has since been found in Kilkee – however neither have been located.
Valentia Coastguard are assisting in the search effort’s co-ordination.
