A woman from Killarney has been sent forward for trial on a charge arising from an investigation into the death of a man who allegedly ingested a drug known as N-bomb.
18-year-old Alex Ryan from Liscahane, Millstreet, Co Cork passed away in January 2013.
According to the Irish Examiner 20-year-old Jessica O’Connor of Rosebank House, Ballyhar, Killarney was yesterday served with a book of evidence at Cork District Court.
She is charged with conspiring with another to possess a controlled drug for the purpose of sale or supply to another in Cork City on January 18th.
That drug was known as N-bomb.
22-year-old Ruairí Maher of 12 Ballycurrane, Thurles, Co Tipperary is facing the same charge and was also sent forward for trial.
A third man 29-year-old Harry Clifton of 11 Finbarr’s Place, Proby’s Quay, Cork is facing nine charges arising from the investigation; a book of evidence was also served in his case.
The cases will now go forward to the next sessions of Cork Circuit Criminal Court.
