Killarney Gardai are warning motorists that any dangerous driving manoeuvres this weekend could end up in a court appearance or loss of driving licence.
Tens of thousands of visitors will descend on the town for the Ring of Kerry Cycle, the Munster Football Final and the 4th of July weekend celebrations.
Over 11 thousand are due to take part in the major charity cycle on Saturday and 35,000 football fans will watch Kerry and Cork battle it out on Sunday.
Although one of the busiest weekends of the year for Killarney, Sergeant Dermot O’Connell says it is generally a pleasant one for the Gardai.
