Martin FerrisKerry TD Martin Ferris is calling on Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil to get real about the healthcare crisis.
His comments come as INMO figures show there’s been a 76 per cent increase in the number of patients waiting on trolleys at University Hospital Kerry over the last two years.
The Sinn Féin deputy says after nine weeks of negotiations, Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil have produced a document which he claims holds little hope of a new departure in health policy.
He says both parties must get real about the scale of the healthcare crisis, as they’ve a responsibility to produce a credible plan to address the chaos.
