« BackKerry Senator says new Seanad presents opportunities for opposition legislation

A Kerry Senator says there will now be opportunities for legislation from opposition senators to be passed through the upper house.

Following the Taoiseach’s appointments last Friday the new Seanad will sit for the first time on June 8th.

Fianna Fail Senator Mark Daly supports a proposal by Patrick O’Donoghue to host the Dail and Seanad in the INEC, Killarney while refurbishments are carried out in Leinster House.
