« BackKerry people urged to donate blood

The Irish Blood Transfusion Service is urging Kerry people to give blood, ahead of an anticipated major shortage over Christmas.
The IBTS needs an extra 12,500 donors nationally between now and the end of the month.
It’s calling for a special effort to be made by donors over the next couple of weeks.
Blood donations can be made tonight in the Dromhall Hotel , Killarney from 5pm to 8.30 pm.
Donor Recruitment manager Ann O’Riordan says it’s important  for people to donate.
