The event saw over 800 members of the London Irish community come together to raise awareness about suicide and self harm.
The walk was led by Kerry Association London Chairman Dan Tim O’Sullivan, London Rose Aisling Hillary, Tralee Mayor Pat McCarthy, along with other members of the Irish community in London and members of the DIL London committee.
Danny Tim O’Sullivan said the walk was a great achievement not only for the committee members but the London Irish community as a whole.
The money generated from the walk is donated to Pieta House and the Immigrant Counselling and Psychotherapy (icap), to help support their counselling services for people at risk.
Meanwhile in Kerry thousands of people turned out for the fundraising event across the county this morning, with huge crowds partaking in Listowel, Dingle, Killarney, Tralee, and Caherciveen.
