That’s according to Kerry MEP Seán Kelly, who says governments need to change their approach to improve competition in the energy marketplace.

Speaking in the European Parliament, the Fine Gael Ireland-South MEP said the EU is looking at ways to end energy poverty – which affects many homes in Ireland:
