« BackKerry MEP says Government must protect Ireland’s reputation in wake of Apple ruling

Kerry MEP Sean Kelly says the focus for the Government must now turn to limiting the damage to Ireland’s reputation on the international stage.

The Kilcummin native says the rules on taxation were different ten years ago compared to what they are now.

The Fine Gael MEP says Ireland must work to protect our corporation tax rate and fight against tax harmonisation across the EU.

But he adds there must be a level playing field when it comes to paying tax.
