« BackKerry house prices rise by over 3 percent this year

HousesThe price of the average three-bed semi detached house in Kerry has increased by 3.11% to €182,500 in the last three months, a nationwide property survey has found.

According to the REA Average House Price Survey, the average house in Kerry now takes five weeks to sell, down from eight weeks last year.

According to Donal Culloty from REA Coyne & Culloty in Killarney, the market is quite slow in the town due to a lack of supply.

The average three-bed semi nationally now costs €191,194, a rise of €2,824 or 1.5% on Q4 2015.
