Kerry’s food and drink producers are being offered the chance to showcase their skills at Bite 2016.
Ireland’s artisan food festival is on a hunt to seek producers for the event, which will be held in Dublin’s RDS from the 18th to the 20th of November.
20,000 people are expected to descend on the festival in the run-up to the Christmas season.
Artisans in Kerry who would like their stand to feature in the festival are asked to write a brief 150-word description of their practice and why they deserve to be chosen.
The closing date for the competition is Friday October 28th and more details can be found at www.bitefoodfestival.ie.
