Kerry County Council should look at whether it’s feasible to build a cable car to serve as a tourist attraction.
That’s according to Councillor Michael Cahill who had a motion before yesterday’s meeting of the county council.
The only cable car in Ireland is in West Cork where it serves as a link between Dursey Island and the mainland.
The council says they’re already considering options as part of their Tourism Strategy.
