« BackKerry businesses honoured for Seachtain na Gaeilge displays

Part of the council’s Seachtain na Gaeilge series of initiatives, businesses around the county were invited to dress their windows, drawing upon an Irish language theme.

Representatives from Cloth Hall, An Corcán, Joevany, The Irish Pub Shop, Kay’s Children’s Shop and Scariff Meats were honoured for their businesses’ efforts.

Matt Ó Maonaigh and Cabríní de Barra of Glór na nGael and Pádraig Mac Fhearghusa of Conradh na Gaeilge made the presentations.
