A factory in south Kerry is set to close with the loss of up to around 25 full time jobs.
Kenmare Select, which specialises in smoked salmon and other fish products, was established in the early 1990s.
The factory based in Kilmurry employs around 25 people full time and more on a part-time basis.
Staff were informed of the decision to close at a meeting this morning.
Kenmare Select was established by French chef Rémy Benoit and is still owned by the Benoit family.
The company is due to issue a statement.
