House prices in Kerry have risen by 2.4%.
That’s according to the findings of the MyHome.ie second quarter property report, in association with Davy.
Median asking prices across all property types in Kerry rose by 2.4% to 169 thousand euro.
The price of 3 bed semis remained stable at 130 thousand – the fourth quarter in a row they have done so.
The price of 4 bed semis fell by 4.4% and are down 3% on this time last year.
However the big price move was in the 2 bed apartment market where prices soared by a massive 41% in the quarter to 140 thousand and are up 47% on this time last year.
