« BackHouse prices expected to rise by up to 12% in Kerry in 2016

HousesHouse prices continue to grow substantially outside Dublin according to a new survey by the Irish Independent.

The ‘How Much is Your House Worth?’ analysis looks at prices achieved by estates agents in every county.

It shows property prices up in Kerry 10% in the last year and it is expected house prices will go up by 12% through 2016.

Despite the strong increases there is still reluctance by the ordinary vendor to put their homes on the market as prices are still quite low by national standards.

A three bed semi in a town is likely to cost €132,000.
