Plans to develop the Muckross Traditional Farms in Killarney have been given the go ahead.
Kerry County Council has granted planning permission to the Trustees of Muckross Park for an extension to the Quill’s Farmstead, part of the traditional farms, within Killarney National Park.
The plans involve constructing a replica school house, toilet block, and store building, as well as staff facilities, a plant room, and store.
The proposed replica school house is to be built between the reception building and the Blacksmith’s forge.
