Gardaí have issued a traffic plan ahead of the Listowel Races.
The seven-day Harvest Racing Festival gets underway today.
In relation to Listowel Town, non-race traffic should, where possible, divert away from routes used by those attending each race day.
All streets in Listowel town are open to traffic at all times.
Traffic approaching from Limerick, Tralee and Killarney should enter the Racecourse at the Tralee Road entrance and use the on-course parking.
Those approaching from the Ballybunion entrance can park in the Greenville area and the race course car-park via the Convent Street entrance.
Parking is also permitted on the Ballybunion Road, Railway Road and John B. Keane Road.
If approaching from the Tarbert region, parking is available on the John B. Keane Road, Bridge Road car park and the race course car-park off Convent Street.
Those heading from the Tarbert direction to Tralee should expect delays.
Traffic nearing the Greenville entrance from the direction of Lixnaw, Ballyduff and Tralee can use parking off the Greenville Road and the race course car park at Greenville.
Parking along either side of the Greenville Road will not be permitted.
