Four Kerry properties have sold in the first of two auctions this week by property auction company Allsop.
A seafood restaurant in Waterville sold after the auction on Tuesday for an undisclosed amount. The Sheilin Restaurant which has seating for 45 people as well as an eight – bedroom residence had a reserve of €150,000 to €170,000.
A semi-detached 3 bedroom house at Sunnyhill Drive, Dromnevane, Kenmare sold for €100,000, it had a reserve of €70,000.
A two bedroom apartment at Fairway Heights in The Kerries in Tralee sold for €55,000.
A thatched house in Old Killarney Village in Aghadoe priced at up to €95,000 sold prior to the auction for an undisclosed sum.
Finally a three bedroom house in The Brambles, Ballybunion with a reserve of €75,000 received no bids.
The week’s second auction by Allsop takes place today. There are two Kerry properties under the hammer; Knockaderry House in Farranfore – a detached seven-bedroom house on over an acre which has planning permission for an extension and a new garage. Its reserve range is up to €150,000. A three-bedroom house in Cashen Court, Listowel has a reserve not to exceed €65,000.
