« BackFormer retreat of Éamon Casey comes on the market

The former retreat of the one-time Bishop of Kerry, Dr Éamon Casey has come on the market.

Red Cliff House between Inch and Annascaul, which overlooks Inch Beach and Dingle Harbour, has an asking price of €1.9million.

Once a hunting lodge for Lord Ventry, it was later owned by the Catholic Church as a summer residence for bishops.

In the 1970s, Éamon Casey spent time at Red Cliff House with Annie Murphy, with whom he had a son.

The seven bedroom house has a floor space of 465 square metres and is being sold by Savill’s.
