Eircom says work to upgrade broadband services in the Knocknagoshel area has begun and should be finished by the end of November.
Residents in the village say there’ve been regular drop-outs on the broadband connection to the area. The telecommunications company says it’s upgrading connectivity into the local exchange to reduce broadband congestion at peak times. Eircom says it should be able to offer residents in Knocknagoshel a faster service in the coming months.
