Over €360,000 has been provisionally approved for Kerry County Council to take 18 housing developments in charge.
According to the Kerry Fine Gael TD Brendan Griffin, the Minister for Housing, Simon Coveney, has confirmed that €362,652 has been provisionally approved for Kerry County Council for 18 housing developments.
666 Units will be taken in charge by the Council under this funding.
Deputy Griffin said it is great news for housing estates and developments right across the county, that have been left unfinished or in need of further work by developers.
He added that these developments will be under the remit of Kerry County Council and families can expect to live in high quality developments that are properly serviced.
