« BackDingle Oceanworld unveils €750,000 rainforest exhibit

Dingle Oceanworld is today unveiling a new €750,000 exhibit, making it Ireland’s largest aquarium.

The new exhibit includes saltwater crocodiles, snakes, bearded dragons, iguanas and Asian otters.
The project involved local contractor K&G Construction and a number of local trades people which created a number of new jobs in Dingle.
The exhibit is part of Dingle Oceanworld’s ongoing rainforest education programme and daily “handling sessions” will enable the public to get close to the reptiles.
2016 sees Dingle Oceanworld celebrate its 20th anniversary – since opening in April 1996, over two million visitors have passed through the doors.
