« BackCuan Mhuire walk taking place on Kerry Head

A fundraising walk in aid of Cuan Mhuire, incorporating a loop of Kerry Head along the North Kerry way, is taking place today (Saturday, June 25th).

Founded in 1996 by Sr. Consilio Fitzgerald, Cuan Mhuire is Ireland’s largest provider of residential addiction, treatment and rehabilitation, caring for up to 3,000 people every year.

Funds raised through the walk will go towards supporting people suffering from addiction and their families; Cuan Mhuire’s five centres are located in Athy, Bruree, Newry, Farnanes and Coolarne
