« BackCouncil cannot responding to ponding at graveyard because of grave’s location

Kerry County Council will not be able to lay chips in a graveyard that’s subject to water ponding because of the location of a grave.

Cllr Robert Beasley had requested chips be laid at a small portion of the ‘pathway’ opposite the entrance to Lislaughtin graveyard, as some people could not access family plots.
However, Kerry County Council says the area referred to as a ‘pathway’ is also a grave and it would not be appropriate for it to take any action.
