« BackCost of three-bed semi in Kerry up 4%

The cost of a three-bed semi-detached house in Kerry rose by just over 4 percent in the last three months.
A survey by the Real Estate Alliance claims a three-bed semi in Kerry is now €177,000.

Values in the commuter counties however have grown by almost 5 per cent over the past 12-months, with the average house there now costing just over 200-thousand.

The biggest upsurges this year have ben outside the capital with prices in Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford all going up between 1 and 4 per cent.
