A Cork cider has won the Supreme Champion Award at the Blas na hEireann / Irish Food Awards in Dingle.
Stonewell Rós Cider of Nohoval, Cork took the top honour over the weekend at the Dingle Food Festival, which thousands of people attended.
The Best Artisan category was a tie between Tempted? Elderflower Cider and MacIvors Plum and Ginger Cider.
Purple Pantry for Teeling Small Batch and Ginger Marmalade won Best New Product and Dublin City Gin was awarded Best Start-Up.
Best Seafood Innovation went to Kilmore Quay’s Breaded Haddock Goujons, and the Best UCC Packaging Innovation Award went to Rucksnacks’ Cracked Black Pepper Beef Bites.
