« BackCommuters face disruption with two rail strikes planned

Rail commuters face major travel disruption after train drivers confirmed that they re holding two three hour work stoppages.

No DART, commuter or intercity services will run between 6am and 9am on October 23rd, the Friday of the bank holiday, and November 6th.

Irish Rail says the strike by members of SIPTU and the NBRU will be damaging to the company and will have a knock on effect for passengers for the rest of the day.
