Michael Coffey of Cahereens West, Castleisland appeared at Tralee Circuit Court in relation to driving without insurance or a driving licence, and driving without consideration on November 28th, 2014.

Mr Coffey had received a three year sentence – suspended for three years – from the circuit court in November 2013 for the unlawful seizure and theft of a car.

Judge Tom O’Donnell said that given the nature of the offences, he would return the matter to today’s sitting of Limerick District Court, where the accused had recently appeared.
