« BackCase of man accused of harrassing Tralee hair salon staff adjourned

The case of a man accused of trespassing and intimidating staff at a Tralee hair salon has been adjourned at Tralee District Court to await the directions of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Tunisian national, Chaker Tbini with an address at Atlas House, McCowen’s Lane, Tralee is accused of trespassing at Peter Mark, Abbeycourt, Tralee on December 31st last and with harassing staff there.
A previous court sitting heard that the salon was forced to install security because of Mr Tbini’s intimidation of staff and because he had been abusive and threatening on the premises.
Solicitor Pa Daly said that the directions of the DPP were still awaited.
Judge James O’Connor adjourned the case until October 28th next.
