A buyer is expected to be found for a west Kerry water company by the end of the month.
Up to 30 interested parties have come forward for Sliabh Bhreandain Teoranta trading as Kerry Spring.
The company made its own application to be wound up to the High Court and liquidator Myles Kirby is continuing to trade pending the sale.
Solicitor for the company Gavin Simons told Radio Kerry News it is hoped a sale will be agreed or concluded by the end of the month.
The company had 35 employees.
