A boutique hotel in south Kerry, which closed seven years ago, has been sold.
The Watermarque Hotel in Caherciveen closed in January 2009 with the loss of 25 jobs after developers Red Corn Limited went into receivership.
The 56 bedroom hotel and 24 two-bed apartments along with a leisure centre had an asking price of three million euro in 2010.
It failed to sell at a distressed property auction in 2013 when it had a reserve of between €725,000 to €775,000.
The hotel has now been sold for an undisclosed sum to an unknown buyer.
