« BackAt least four in running for Fianna Fáil Kerry County Council seat

fianna fail logoFianna Fáil is to hold interviews with candidates in the coming days to replace John Brassil on Kerry County Council
Nominations for the position are to be in by 1pm tomorrow and Radio Kerry understands that there are at least four candidates in the running so far.
John Healy and Dan Brassil from Ballyheigue, former Fianna Fáil Cllr Marie Gorman from Listowel and John Hannon from Ballybunion have all been nominated.
Dan Brassil is a cousin of recently elected TD John Brassil while John Hannon was his director of elections.
The process is to be completed ahead of Monday’s special meeting of the council.
