30 new discovery points along the Wild Atlantic Way in Kerry are to be installed following an announcement by the Minister of State for Tourism, Michael Ring.

It’s part of a €3.5m national programme of works to place photo-friendly marker points and interpretation panels along the route.
The 30 new locations in Kerry are included in a list of 188 along the route between Cork and Donegal.
The marker points and interpretation panels – explaining the significance of each point – are to be installed at each of the Wild Atlantic Way’s Discovery Points ahead of next year’s tourism season.
