New helpline for depression goes live tomorrow

A new helpline will offer support to 350,000 people living in rural areas of Kerry and Cork. The new initiave will go live tomorrow and is aimed at people suffering from stress or depression in rural areas of the county. Brenda Crowley of The Southern Health Board says studies have shown that depression can be prevalent in rural areas and this is why they`ve got a team of professionals to man the line.
