A new documentary is to be shown in Kerry this week. “Atlantic” by award winning director Ristard O’Domhnall follows the fortunes of three small fishing communities in Ireland, Norway and Newfoundland. It tells the story of how they struggle to maintain their way of life in the face of mounting economic and ecological challenges. The documentary will be screened at the Town Square car park in Caherciveen tonight and at the Marina car park in Dingle tomorrow night.
Semi-final draws are to take place this weekend for various Kerry Schoolboys/Girls Cup competitions.Those draws will be live on Radio Kerry.Padraig Harnett reports
