New cultural festival in New York puts spotlight on Kerry

new-york-14480_960_720 A new cultural festival in New York is set to put the spotlight on Kerry. Cuala 2016 is taking place in New York in April and May. As part of the festival, it has picked a focus region in each province and Kerry was chosen in Munster. The festival is curated and directed by one of two of Ireland’s female Grammy winners, folk singer Susan McKeown, who is a native of Dublin but has previously lived and worked in Dingle.
